An Introduction to Botanical Illustration This three-hour workshop introduces students to the fundamentals of botanical illustration using graphite. Students will learn to observe, analyze, and draw plant forms accurately while developing a working sketchbook practice. Through direct observation in the greenhouse and guided studio work, participants will connect art and science, gaining foundational skills that prepare them for future colored pencil and watercolor courses.
