Join us for an exciting opportunity to learn how to transform your landscape and support the local ecosystem by discovering the power of native woody plants. Whether you are a home gardener, a landscape design enthusiast, or a local naturalist, this course will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to successfully identify, select, and cultivate native shrubs. In this class students will first discuss popular native shrubs in a classroom setting. Following the discussion, students will head outside for a tour of the outdoor gardens while discussing living examples within several of the gardens which Ed designed.
